What are your shipping methods?

Our default shipping is UPS for $7.99, but larger items may incur higher shipping charges. To get an accurate quote, place your item or items in a shopping cart and click on the “estimate shipping” button.
Standard sized items are shipped UPS Ground at a rate of $7.99 however, Next Day options are available. Larger items may incur slightly higher shipping costs.

How long does shipping take?

Items typically take anywhere between one to five days. If you need additional help or have a specific question please contact up by phone 1-775-379-2986 and or my via e-mail.

Can I track my package online?

Yes, you can track your package through your online account. Simply return and sign in with your username and password to see where your package is in the shipping process. You will also be e-mailed tracking information when you order.

What are shipping costs? How are they determined?

Shipping typically costs $7.99, but some items may incur higher fees, please check the shipping estimator for a precise estimate.

Do you charge sales tax? How much is it?

We charge sales tax for some states. Any applicable tax will be calculated once your shipping information has been entered.

Where do you ship to?

We ship only to the USA, Canada and Mexico. Please let us know of you are in a country other than these and we will do what we can to get you some product.

Do you offer overnight/expedited shipping?

Yes, we do. When you are ready to check out, simply check that shipping option when presented to you during the ordering process.

What if my package arrived damaged?

You will need to contact us at 1-775-379-2986 within seven days of your order arriving. What if the package arrived in-tact but the product is damaged inside or does not work?

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Sorry, we do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

What is your return policy?

If you decide that you don’t want the product that we shipped to you, you have 30 days to return it. It’s that simple. Just put it back in the box (in new, unused condition), then call us at 1-775-379-2986 and we’ll issue a return merchandise authorization.

How do I cancel an order?

How long do I have to wait to cancel an order?

You may cancel an order after it is placed and before it is shipped to you. Otherwise, you will need to wait until your order arrives, before you can return it.

Is there a restocking fee?

No, there is no "restocking fee" on returned items.

I lost my packing slip, how can I return an item?

Simply print out your order confirmation e-mail, or use your online account to print out your order invoice.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
